Please ensure that correct abbreviations are used and your shipping information has been imputed properly as we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. We encourage you to include your email address just in case you need to be contacted if any issues with order arise. 

Your order will be fulfilled manually by the author using Amazon's service. Please allow for additional processing and delivery time.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight of product, the shipping option you choose, and distance from the warehouse.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you refuse any shipments from Author Kimberly Thomas, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

If the package is returned as non-deliverable we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Kimberly Thomas does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
